What measures are you taking to ensure it's safe to order from you?
We’ve put in place a list of strict procedures to keep our people, our customers and our partners safe including the following:
· Health checks screenings, including temperature checks, are carried out daily before our teams work and the access to our sites is restricted to a reduced team only.
· Social distancing rules are in place in our kitchens and team areas, and we have increased the frequency of our hand wash procedure.
· All our teams that are working have volunteered to come back to work, they completed a health screening and we have made sure their travel time to work is as short as possible.
· All our teams live near the locations they are working in and are encouraged to walk or cycle to work. Personal protective equipment is provided for them to use on their way to and from work.
Each delivery order placed helps to pay and support our teams – so thank you, from all of them. We've also partnered with TipJar to enable customers to give a direct tip to the team that prepared their burger. No middle man, they get to keep every penny.Back to top
How do I know the Delivery rider is safe?
Deliveroo and Uber Eats have pooled their global know-how to provide a strict set of procedures for their riders to ensure their safety and that of the customers. It is entirely contactless and you should find your food at your door and the rider a safe distance away.
In our restaurants, all contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitised frequently, and an entirely contactless setup has been put in place between our teams and delivery drivers.
Sanitising sections are made available for the delivery drivers and all orders are put straight into thermal bags to reduce contamination.Back to top
I can't find Honest Chicken on Deliveroo or Uber Eats?
We're only open in Waterloo currently so you might not be in our delivery area. Or, if we’re really busy we may have stopped taking orders for a while, so the wait for food isn't too long, but we’ll be back on as soon as possible.Back to top

What's gluten-free on your menu?
Nearly everything on our menu is gluten-friendly when you sub in a gluten-free bun with your burger, including our rosemary salted chips, chicken wings and sauces.
While our chefs take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the total absence of gluten due to its presence in our kitchens.
