From the start, we wanted everything to taste homemade. There are no shortcuts. So we make as much as we can ourselves, in our kitchens.
We season our chips as soon as we fry them. You can hear them hiss as we add the salt. The heat from the chips cooks the lemon and rosemary and the smell hits you as they reach the table.
If you order a burger – any burger – it comes with rosemary salted chips. They’re not an extra; they’re an essential.
Our vegetarian burger is made using a southern-fried fritter spiced with smoked paprika and cayenne to give it a golden colour and a little warmth without being too spicy.
Our chipotle slaw adds a subtle smoky flavour and a slight crunch then we've topped it off with cheddar cheese for added flavour and an ooey-gooey richness.
