The Collab

Wingmans founders Ben and David started their business on the street in 2015, trading from gazebos at food markets and festivals. Sounds a bit like Tom and Phil...

In 2016 they competed in the UK WingFest and left double champions (Best Buffalo & Best Wild Wing). They came back in 2017 and 2018 to win the titles again!

Wingmans are famous for their homemade buffalo wings and their pan-Asian chicken. We've adapted their 'Bang-Coq' Thai wings into our current Thai special.

Together they’ve written their first cook book Wings and Things, which you can get your hands on now.
